Arya & Nayantara – Raja Rani

The pair had earlier teamed up in ‘Boss Engira Baskaran’ and yet they had gained a super cool look in this flick ‘Raja Rani’. They fitted their roles as newlywed couple to ‘T’ in this movie. Although, they didn’t have any romantic scenes, their screen presence was good enough to steal the attention of audience.

Nivin Pauly & Nazriya Nazim – Neram

This was a surprise to the entire industry as the young pair made a sudden appearance on the screens without any prior details. Yes, their chemistry was highly talked about in the industry soon after the ‘First Day First Show’. The pairhad already appeared together in a Malayalam album ‘Yuvvh’.

Vishal & Lakshmi Menon – Pandiya Nadu

Director Susintheeran had created some poetic scenes between this pair that was laced with humour. There were not much scenes together and yet it was well received by the audience. The duo is coming together again for another film ‘Naan Sigappu Manithan’.

Suriya & Anushka – Singam II

The handsome Suriya and gorgeous Anushka were together rocking in ‘Singam’ and now they’re back again with the sequel, which had some interesting moments between. It was a difficult thing for any pair to recreate the magic in any sequel, but they managed to make it happen.

Karthi & Hansika – Biriyani

There is something more special about these personalities. Both of them looked rejuvenated – the slim and beautiful Hansika with new trimmed look of Karthi was a fantastic treat to all the fans. The hype was more to the film right before the film due to the cute pictures of Karthi and Hansika Motwani.

Vijay & Amala Paul – Thalaivaa

This was a new sensation to Kollywood as the unusual pair came together. Both Vijay and Amala Paul were seen together for the first time and are together. Thanks to director Vijay and cinematographer Nirav Shah made sure they looked so awesome.

Jiiva & Trisha – Endrendrum Punnagai

The film arrived late by the end of year, but has created a huge celebration of youth as they were simply stylish. Thanks to the director Ahmad, costume designer and cinematographer. The relationship between Jiiva and Trisha was very well depicted.

Kamal Hassan & Pooja Kumar – Vishwaroopam

An unusual pair indeed!!! When the stars came together, the expectation bloomed up pertaining to their looks and of course, the teaser of their romantic quotients in second part – Vishwaroopam II has got us more enthusiastic to catch them up in 2014.

Karthi & Kajal Aggarwal – All in All Azhagu Raja

They won praises for their beautiful chemistry in ‘Naan Mahaan Alla’ and yet again, they retained the same status. Thanks to director Rajesh for portraying them in such cute looks and offering best scenes.

Vishal & Trisha – Samar

The film might have not performed well in box office, but their onscreen chemistry that was more into decent looks and beautiful encounters in the screenplay made them more appealing.
