Rajnikanth not allowed inside Mysore palace

Superstar Rajnikanth’s upcoming film ‘Lingaa’ directed by KS Ravikumar was launched yesterday in Mysore in a much fanfare.

The entire crew will be shooting for a month long schedule in Mysore that includes major talkie portions.

Now we hear from the close sources that Mysore palace committee members haven’t given permission for the ‘Lingaa’ crew to shoot the film.
When approached the committee members they claim that just a word of request has been approached by the team and the decision is yet to be made by State Government.

If the permission is granted, then the shooting will held in the residential areas within the palace that still has the family members of Mysore Maharaja residing.
