Bangalore Days – First Malayalam movie with record-breaking release

So far, not even the superstars of Malayalam cinema had so much grand release across the maps. National award winner Anjali Menon’s Bangalore Days that stars Dulquer Salman, Fahadh Faasil, Nivin Pauly, Nazriya Nazim, Parvathi Menon, Nithya Menen and Isha Talwar in lead roles is hitting screens today. The film is a sangfroid entertainer and is produced by filmmaker Anwar Rasheed, who earlier made Ustad Hotel that is now getting remade in Tamil with Vikram Prabhu and Raj Kiran in lead roles. Bangalore Days is about the reunion of cousins (played by Dulquer, Nivin and Nazirya) getting back together for the marriage. It is laced with lots of fun and emotions. With the film releasing with subtitles across India, it is expected to have more crowds into the theatres even in non-Malayalam speaking territories. This is the first ever Malayalam movie to release in so many theatres outside Kerala.
